drop in & activities
We hold regular drop-ins so you can come in and get to know us or find out information about us. You can call beforehand to tell us your coming or you can just drop in.
Our drop in sessions are:
Mondays- 3pm until 5pm
Wednesday- 4pm until 6pm
Fridays- 1pm until 3pm
Drop ins are open to anyone aged 12 to 25 who would like to talk to a support worker, make an appointment to see a counsellor or to get information for yourself or a friend or for someone you know.

Would you like to take part in our activities encouraging positive mental health?
Find what works for you to help you in difficult times. It could be art, mindfulness, information sessions/training, sport, poetry or any number of activities we welcome you to share things that work for you too. Things that you feel might help others, after all some of the best support comes from people who have had experience of the subject.
